Please read these terms carefully before using our services

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a 30% advance deposit of the total package value. Full payment must be made at least 5 days before the travel date. Zain Travel accepts payment via bank transfer. Package prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to exchange rates at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • ●Cancellation 14 or more days before travel: 100% refund of advance payment
  • ●Cancellation 5–13 days before travel: 50% refund of amount paid
  • ●Cancellation within 4 days or less of travel: No refund
  • ●Force majeure cases (health crises, natural disasters, government decisions) are handled on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for full or partial refund
