Vietnamese resorts won multiple top honors in luxury hospitality categories at the 2026 World Travel Awards for Asia, Oceania and the Indian Ocean. The awards were presented in the Maldives on September 27.
InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort was named Asia's Leading Luxury Resort. JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa won both Asia's Leading Luxury Resort & Spa and Asia's Leading Luxury Wedding Resort. Banyan Tree Lang Co was recognized as Asia's Leading Luxury Beach Resort, an award it has held every year since 2021.
Capella Hanoi was named Asia's Leading Luxury Boutique Hotel. Other winners included Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa, Salinda Resort Phu Quoc Island, Six Senses Con Dao, Hôtel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection, and Shilla Monogram Danang in specialized categories.
The World Travel Awards, established in 1993, recognize leading destinations and businesses in regional and global categories each year.
