Smailing Tour DMC has been named Asia's Best Inbound Travel Agency 2026 by Travel Weekly Asia's readership. The award was presented at the Travel Weekly Asia Readers' Choice Awards 2026 gala dinner held at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore on Thursday, 01 October 2026.
The recognition is based on votes from travel industry professionals across the Asia-Pacific region, including travel agents, hospitality leaders, airline executives, cruise line operators, and tourism decision-makers. This year's awards featured 46 awards across seven categories, with 23 winners from past honorees and 23 first-time recipients.
Jason Lim, Group Chief Operating Officer and CEO Destination Management at Smailing Tour Group, received the trophy. He joined Smailing Tours in 2014 and has led the DMC arm, which operates in Bali, Yogyakarta, Labuan Bajo, and Jakarta as the group's premier inbound destination management company.
In his comments, Lim dedicated the award to his colleagues and noted that the recognition coincides with the Smailing Tour Group's 50th anniversary. He emphasized the team's commitment to delivering quality travel experiences and enhancing service levels.
